Kaushlendra Tripathi

Kaushlendra Tripathi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 1989, they worked at Universal Engineering as an Engineer, focusing on production targets and system formulation. Kaushlendra then moved on to Shriram Honda Power Equipment Limited in 1991, where they managed equipment selection and played a key role in setting up a new production facility. Tripathi then joined Continental Engines Limited in 1995 as a Dy. Manager, responsible for supplier quality, system improvement, and reducing rejection rates. Kaushlendra continued their career at Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited as a Manager, overseeing manufacturing operations and implementing cost management strategies. From 2008 to 2011, Tripathi served as Head of Engineering at Sigma Vibracoustic India Pvt. Ltd., managing new product development and generating business from domestic and international customers. Kaushlendra then joined Subros Limited in 2012 as a General Manager, where they achieved breakthrough results in scrap cost reduction and quality improvement, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement. From 2016 to 2018, Tripathi worked as General Manager at The Hi-Tech Gears Ltd., overseeing the company's operations. Kaushlendra then served as Associate Vice President at Caparo Engineering India Ltd from 2018 to 2019, followed by their role as Head of Corporate QA, Manufacturing Excellence & EHS at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Tripathi holds the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Syska, starting in 2023.

Kaushlendra Tripathi's education history begins in 1983 when they enrolled at Zakir Hussain College of Engineering & Technology, AMU, Aligarh. Kaushlendra completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1988. Following this, in 1999, Kaushlendra attended the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Operations. Kaushlendra completed their MBA in 2002.

In 2021, Kaushlendra attended TQMI and obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Furthermore, they acquired additional certifications throughout their career. In 2004, they obtained a certification in Breakthrough Management from Juran Inc. Additionally, in February 2022, they completed a Management Development Program on developing a strategic mindset from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow.
