Anjanette Bobrow

Anjanette Bobrow joined Syska in 2010 and currently serves as General Counsel. Her responsibilities include discussing business and legal risks with firm personnel, reviewing and negotiating agreements, developing corporate risk management policies, and managing outside counsel.

As the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer, Anjanette leads monthly meetings of the internal Risk Management Committee and acts as Secretary to the Board of Directors for several of Syska’s entities.

Anjanette received an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, a master’s in psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and a Juris Doctor from New York Law School. She has over 17 years of litigation and intellectual property experience working in New York City law firms and is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut.
