Hendra Simananda has a extensive work experience. Hendra started working at Abbot Diagnostics in 1992 as a Field Service Engineer and later became a Field Service Engineer Supervisor. Hendra worked there until 2002. In 2003, they joined Sysmex Indonesia, PT as a Customer Support & IT Manager, a role they held until 2016. During their time at Sysmex Indonesia, PT they also served as the Customer Care & IT Director.

From 1986 to 1992, Hendra Simananda attended Satya Wacana Christian University and earned a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (S1).
