Dr. Susanne Helm

Dr. Susanne Helm is a seasoned professional in product management within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Team Lead for Product Management of Haematology Complementary Products at Sysmex Europe since December 2011. In this role, Dr. Helm oversees diverse responsibilities including application training for EMEA colleagues, support for veterinary products, and lifecycle management for haematology analyzers and HbA1c analyzers. Prior to Sysmex Europe, Dr. Helm was a PhD student at the Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine, focusing on malaria research, and also held various research positions that contributed to experience in microbiology and teaching. Dr. Helm holds a PhD in Infectious Disease from the Bernhard Nocht Institute and a Dipl. biol. in Biology from Universität Rostock.
