Amber “Rambo” Akins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the consulting industry. Currently serving as Associate Project Manager and Director of Operations at Syssero®, a woman-owned consulting firm specializing in Workday® HCM and FIN suites, Amber has demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service, company culture, and community engagement. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant at Southeast Tennessee Development District, as well as positions in human resources and office administration at DC, LLC. Amber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, an Associate's Degree in Office Management and Supervision from Chattanooga State Community College, and a high school diploma from Chattanooga Christian School.
