Heather Wilson

Heather Wilson currently serves as the Senior Manager of Quality and Service Delivery at Syssero® since October 2025. Prior experience includes the role of HR Manager-Technology at Southwest Airlines from March 2022 to October 2025 and as Senior HRIS Strategy Manager at Andrews Distributing from February 2020 to March 2022. Wilson has also held positions such as HRIS Lead at Concho and Workday Manager at MORSCO, where responsibilities included overseeing a Workday® human capital management system for a large multi-state organization and designing comprehensive recruiting platforms. Earlier in the career, Wilson was a Regional Payroll Manager at Senior Care Centers from 2009 to February 2014. Educational pursuits at Austin Community College have been ongoing since 2000.
