Baxter Mickey Rains

Baxter Mickey Rains, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with over 32 years of IT experience, including over 22 years in project management. Currently, Baxter serves as a Senior Project Manager at Systech International, managing customer programs and projects in production automation, packaging, and serialization since August 2017. Prior to this role, Baxter held various positions including Project Manager at Ultimate Solutions Corp. and Senior Project Manager at Arthrex, where responsibilities included oversight of large project teams and ensuring delivery consistency across projects. Baxter's career also includes significant consulting work in the pharmaceutical industry, project management training, and leadership roles in diverse sectors such as telecommunications, insurance, and government. Baxter holds a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration and a BA in Fine Arts and Education from Western Kentucky University.
