Product Manager - Rackmount Systems at Systel

Austin Williams started their work experience as an Engineering Intern at TESMEC in 2012. During this time, they designed a hydraulic cylinder disassembly workbench and utilized CAD software to release new products. Austin also worked with a supplier to implement an automatic grease system.

In 2015, Austin joined Airtronic USA as a Design/Innovation Engineer. Here, they designed and integrated telemetry systems for ballistics testing and worked on weapon systems through the complete development lifecycle. Austin also implemented processes for increased efficiency in manufacturing and reliability.

In 2016, Austin moved to VAHLE Inc. as an Applications Engineer in the Engineering/Service Department. Austin developed SOP for the engineering department by implementing ASME specifications. Austin also designed and integrated robust mechanical components for the U20 APOS magnetic positioning system. Austin utilized New Product Introduction processes for USA sourced manufacturing of the U20 APOS.

In 2020, Austin joined Systel, Inc. as a Product Designer and eventually became a Product Manager for Rackmount Systems. Specific details about their roles and responsibilities at Systel, Inc. were not provided.

Austin Williams received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
