Jason Chen started their work experience in 2001 at Axiomtek as an Application Support Engineer, where they provided technical consultative assistance during the sales process and developed customized presentations and proposals. Jason then became an Account Manager in 2005, responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, attaining business goals, and conducting market research. In 2008, they joined Systel, Inc. Rugged Computers as an Engineering Support Engineer, and later moved up to roles such as Engineering Support - New Product Development, Engineer Support Lead, and currently serves as the Engineering Support Manager.

Jason Chen attended the University of Houston from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Computer Information Systems.
