Shiran Danoch

Shiran Danoch, PhD, is an accomplished organizational psychologist and founder of Informed Decisions, where Shiran serves as CEO since January 2021. Shiran holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University, along with an M.A. and B.A. in Organizational Psychology and Psychology, respectively. As a member and contributor of the Forbes Human Resources Council since January 2024, Shiran also provides advisory services to System-3 Inc. and previously to Empirical. Shiran's professional experience includes leadership roles at Base Your Evaluation, where Shiran developed recruitment systems and mentored consultants, and served as an organizational consultant in the IDF reserves. Additional teaching experience includes a lecturer position at Peres Academic Center and organizational consulting at the ZIv Institute.
