Kevin Cloutier has a diverse professional background that spans over a decade, primarily focused on client success, workforce development, and partner management. Currently serving as the Client Success and Workforce Development leader at Systems Engineering since October 2021, Kevin has previously held multiple roles at Rivier University, including Assistant Men's Basketball Coach and Director of Career Services and Experiential Learning. At Zix, Kevin excelled as a National Channel Account Manager and Sr. Channel Account Manager, supporting key partners in the Northeast District, earning recognition through the Presidents Club from 2014 to 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as an Account Executive at Ricoh USA, managing a significant portfolio of accounts and providing comprehensive customer service and training. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Plymouth State University.
