Susan Massey SPHR SHRM-S is an experienced Human Resource Manager with a strong background in the field spanning over two decades. Currently at Systems Engineering since 2007, Susan applies expertise in organizational development and strategic HR management. Prior experience includes serving as President and Owner of Blue Heron Consulting from 2004 to 2008, where professional consulting services were provided to small businesses and professional practices. Earlier experience also includes a role as Human Resource Manager at Cybex International from 1993 to 2002. Susan holds a Human Resource Management Certificate and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute.
