Veronica Peshterianu has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Veronica started their career as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2006. Veronica then joined Electronic Arts as a Production Intern in 2007.

In 2008, Veronica joined 343 Industries as an Associate Producer, where they worked on various projects including Halo 4, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo Waypoint, and Halo Legends. Veronica demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing interdisciplinary conflicts and implementing efficient production processes.

Veronica joined PopCap Games in 2012 as a Producer & Product Owner. Veronica played a crucial role in the development and successful launch of Plants vs. Zombies Heroes, Solitaire Blitz, and Zuma Blitz. Veronica oversaw a team of 50 members and achieved significant milestones and accolades for the games.

In 2017, Veronica joined System Era Softworks as the Chief Operating Officer. Veronica was responsible for executing strategic studio priorities, managing budget, headcount, legal and accounting aspects, and overseeing the development and marketing of the Astroneer franchise projects. Veronica also served as the Executive Producer and Lead Producer for various Astroneer games.

Veronica's work experience reflects their expertise in managing production, operations, quality assurance, marketing, and business teams. Veronica has a proven track record of successfully delivering games through the entire product lifecycle and achieving significant milestones.

Veronica Peshterianu completed their education at three different institutions. Veronica obtained a High School Diploma from Girls Preparatory School. Later, they attended Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Computer Science from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Digital Media with a focus on Interactive Experiences at the same institution from 2006 to 2008.
