Director of Data Science at System

Mehdi Jamei has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mehdi is currently working at System Inc. as the Director of Artificial Intelligence, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Lead Data Scientist at System Inc. from November 2018 to February 2022.

Mehdi Jamei obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tehran in the year 2004. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned a Master's degree in Physics from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, Mehdi continued their studies at the University of California, Berkeley and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, specializing in Physical Electronics, from 2007 to 2014.
