Khong Wee Mike Phua

Khong Wee Mike Phua is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director overseeing Treasury and Finance Operations at System1, a high-growth tech/SaaS company that successfully listed on the NYSE via a SPAC transaction. Prior to joining System1 in March 2021, Khong Wee Mike held the position of Corp Fin/Group Treasurer at Vistra Group, a top global firm, where significant contributions were made while reporting directly to three CFOs. Earlier experience includes a role as Corporate Finance/Group Treasurer at Custom Sensors & Technologies, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing treasury operations during the carve-out from Schneider Electric, and as Treasurer at MGA Entertainment, one of the largest toy manufacturers in the U.S. Khong Wee Mike holds an MBA in Finance from Cornell University.
