Tracy Hall SHRM-SCP, PMI-CAPM is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Director for Systemair NA since May 2023, Tracy previously held the position of Regional Senior Talent Management Partner at Wayfair for a brief tenure. With a robust background at Flightstar Aircraft Services, LLC as the Director of Talent & Culture from 2011 to 2022, and earlier roles including Training Coordinator at Ellis & Associates, Inc., Training and Process Analyst at BJ's Wholesale Club, and Trainer in Retail Operations at Publix Super Markets, Tracy has developed a comprehensive skill set in human resources and training. Tracy’s career is supported by an educational foundation from Florida State College at Jacksonville.
