Artem Kononov

Artem Kononov currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Systematic Alpha Oy since May 2018, bringing extensive experience in algorithmic trading and technology development. Previously, Artem held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Buccaneer Capital LTD, where responsibilities included designing infrastructure for quantitative trading strategies. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Buccaneer Capital LTD, where leadership was provided to a team developing multi trading strategies for the US equity market, and a Software Engineer position at TradeFinder OY, focusing on backend solutions for financial data. As the founder of Finbri Software, Artem led the development of algorithmic trading systems while managing business operations. Earlier experience includes working as a Forex Trader and Finance Trainer at Trade Club. Artem's educational background is from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management in Kyiv, Ukraine.
