Catherine Kuenzel

Catherine Kuenzel is currently vice president of the newly formed Microsoft Federal Consulting team that is dedicated to meeting the mission needs of Microsoft’s U.S. federal government customers. Prior to her current role she was vice president of Microsoft’s U.S. Public Sector Services.

With a career spanning more than 30 years in the technology industry, Catherine has held previous leadership positions with CSC/CSRA, Northrop Grumman, Oracle, Lucent Technology and Digital Equipment Corporation/Compaq. She has also served as chair for the Executive Biz Civilian 4x24 group, as a member of the AFCEA Intelligence Community and University of Maryland University College Cyber Think Tank Advisory Panel, and on the CEO Advisory Council for the ACT/Industry Advisory Council.

She was the sole recipient of the 2011 Distinguished Alumna from the University of Maryland University College and was named an inductee into the 2018 and 2020 editions of Wash100, an annual selection of influential leaders in government contracting.
