Koji Kanazawa

Koji Kanazawa is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Independent Outside Director and Audit and Supervisory Committee Member at 株式会社アイティフォー and Toda Kogyo Corp since June 2018, along with serving as an External Statutory Auditor for Rakuten General Insurance Co., Ltd. and a Partner at Chuo Sogo LPC. With a background in financial regulatory laws and structured finance, Kanazawa has advised on compliance issues for financial institutions while supervising matters related to AML/CFT and personal data protection during tenure at the Financial Services Agency of Japan.
