Scarlett Benson

Scarlett Benson is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental management with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director at Systemiq Ltd. and Director of Corporate Standards at the Food and Land Use Coalition (FOLU), Scarlett oversees initiatives focused on developing nature science-based targets for land systems. With a background that includes managing significant programs at FOLU and co-authoring the "Growing Better" report, Scarlett has also been involved with the Science Based Targets initiative and the World Resources Institute. Prior roles include Senior Sustainability Consultant and Sustainability Data Analyst at Carbon Credentials, as well as educational positions at Enjoy Education and BBC Wildlife. An alumnus of the University of Oxford and Imperial College London, Scarlett holds degrees in Human Sciences and Environmental Engineering.
