Charles Collard

Charles Collard is a research scientist at Systems Engineering Research Center (SERC) since November 2022. Charles previously worked as a retired engineer and Principal Member of Technical Staff at Oracle. With a background in cloud native operations and software development, Charles also held positions such as Software Architect at Tekelec, Manager at Sony Ericsson, Partner at Accelevant LLC, Chief Technology Officer at Infinite Technology Inc, and Software Engineer at MCI. Charles earned a MS in Computer Science from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from Michigan State University.
