Laura Segura, PHR has been working in the Human Resources field since 1999. Laura began their career as a Human Resources Manager for UPS Teleservices, where they worked until 2005. Laura then moved on to Fusion Contact Centers, LLC as a Human Resources Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Sr. Job Developer & Rapid Response Coordinator for Shoreline Workforce Development Services. After that, they became the Human Resources Manager for Phone & Wireless from 2013 to 2018. Currently, they are a Human Resources Specialist for Systems Integration, Inc. (SII). Additionally, they have held the role of Donor Recruitment / SLO,SM,SB & Ventura for Vitalant since 2018.

Laura Segura,PHR has a degree in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University. Laura also holds a Life & Health Agent certification obtained in April 2018, a Real Estate License obtained in June 2008 from the State of California, and a Professional Human Resources certification from the Society of Human Resources Management.
