Adil Sikander

Adil Sikander has over 13 years of work experience. Adil is currently the VP HR / Head of Talent Acquisition at Systems Limited since March 2019. Before that, they worked at CureMD as a Manager HR from July 2009 to February 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Executive at Descon Engineering Limited from April 2008 to June 2009. Adil also served as a Recruitment Consultant at GreenwichBell Resource (GBR) from May 2007 to April 2008, providing recruitment services to IT firms and Investment banks of the UK. Adil started their career as an Intern at Nestlé in July 2006.

Adil Sikander completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Lahore School of Economics between 2015 and 2017, specializing in the professional field. In 2016, they obtained a TRAIT certification in Psychometrics and Quantitative Psychology from Aston Business Assessments. Adil also has a certificate in Human Capital Management from Lahore University of Management Sciences, which they earned in 2013.
