Sarah Worley

Sarah Worley has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the human resources and business development sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Systems & Methods, Inc. since May 2018, Sarah joined the HR team in 2006 and has held positions in Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, HRIS Administration, and Performance Management. Prior to their HR career, Sarah worked as a Web Designer and Business Development Coordinator/Executive Assistant to the CEO at SMI. Earlier experience includes roles as Account Manager at Donino, White & Partners, and Assistant Account Manager at Cowan & Joseph. Sarah holds a BFA in Graphic Design and a Teaching Certification in Art from the University of West Georgia.
