Michael Carroll

Center Director, Wireless Communications at System Planning Corporation

Michael Carroll has had a distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force, where Michael held numerous leadership and command roles. Michael served as the Commander of the Joint Spectrum Center, leading research programs and strategic initiatives in electromagnetic spectrum engineering. In addition, Michael commanded the 355th Communications Squadron, overseeing telecommunications and network operations. Michael later transitioned to the private sector, where Michael currently serves as the Center Director for Wireless Communications at System Planning Corporation, managing various high-value contracts and providing advisory support to DARPA programs. Overall, Michael has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, strategic planning, and program management throughout their career.
