Andrew McNaughton

Andrew McNaughton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the engineering and construction sectors. Since 2016, Andrew has served as Chief Operating Officer at SYSTRA SA and SYSTRA. Prior to this, Andrew held the position of Engineering and Construction Director at Tidal Lagoon Power from 2015 to 2016. Andrew's notable career at Balfour Beatty plc spanned from 2007 to 2014, during which Andrew served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Group Managing Director. Andrew also held the role of Managing Director at Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd from 2004 to 2007. Andrew earned a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
