Boris Chave

Boris Chave has extensive experience in the banking and IT industries. Boris currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Syz Group, where they oversee various departments and leads strategic projects. Prior to this role, Boris worked at J.P. Morgan as the Executive Director - Head of Client Operations - Onboarding and KYC. Boris also held multiple positions at HSBC Private Bank, including Global Head of Client Services, Head of Business Transformation EMEA, Head of HTS Change Delivery and Middle Office, and Head of Business Project Management. Earlier in their career, Boris worked at UBP - Union Bancaire Privée as IT Director and IT Manager, and at ERI Bancaire as an IT Team Leader. Boris began their career as a Development Engineer at Logical Access, where they worked on software development and implementation projects for various banks.

Boris Chave has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Boris also attended ISFB Switzerland from 2005 to 2007 for Private and Business Banking studies. In addition, Boris attended Duke University in 2011 for a Leadership and Inter-cultural Programme.
