Anil Mettu

Anil Mettu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development within the field of catalysis. Currently serving as the R&D Catalyst Manager at Syzygy Plasmonics since September 2022, Mettu previously held the position of Lead Scientist at SABIC Technology Center from September 2014 to May 2022, working in Bengaluru, India. Prior to that, Mettu was a Sr. Research Scientist at Reliance Industries Limited from May 2011 to September 2014 in Vadodara. Additional notable roles include Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore, and Postdoctoral Fellow at Ghent University, specializing in catalyst studies and the synthesis of fine chemicals. Mettu earned a Ph.D. in Heterogeneous Catalysis from RWTH Aachen University between June 2005 and January 2009.
