Agnieszka Poliwka

Agnieszka Poliwka currently serves as the People and Culture Manager at Szkoła w Chmurze since December 2021. Previously, Agnieszka worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Gate-Software and as a Trainer at Grupa TROP from September 2018 to September 2021. From September 2016 to September 2021, Agnieszka was involved as a Public Speaking Trainer for TEDxTarnów, focusing on preparing speakers and fundraising. Agnieszka also contributed as a Trainer for Academic Debates at the Krakow Speakers Association, conducting workshops for Polish university students. Academic roles include Lecturer at the State Higher Vocational School in Tarnów and Public Speaking and Debate Trainer since 2011 for the Tarnowska Liga Debatancka. Additional experience includes a Key Advisor position at the Hetman Jan Tarnowski Foundation and various training programs for teachers and social economy project participants. Agnieszka holds multiple educational qualifications, including a Master's degree in International Cultural Studies from Jagiellonian University and certifications in coaching and psychodrama.
