T.A. Loving Co., Inc.
A 1977 graduate of North Carolina State University with a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, David began his career with T.A. Loving Company performing various duties including exploratory drilling, surveying, estimating and project management of utility projects consisting of water and sewer plants. He also has extensive experience working on dams, spillways, utility pipelines and storm drainage projects though out the Carolinas and Virginia.
As a Vice President of T.A. Loving Company, David has maintained a strong relationship with project owners, engineers and T.A. Loving personnel to build quality projects on schedule and to the satisfaction of all parties.
David also helped form the Wayne County Water Board and has served on the board since its inception in 1990.
