Charles Voss

Charles Voss serves as the Senior Project Manager at T and D Communications, Inc., leading the PMO for five nationwide divisions of low-voltage construction operations and managing the Wireless Engineering branch. Prior roles include Project Manager at Pulse Signal Solutions, where Charles managed significant DAS deployment projects, including a nominated project of the year for public safety in Sacramento. Charles has also contributed to RedRock Security & Cabling, Inc. as Project Engineer, overseeing project planning and stakeholder communication, and holds extensive experience from positions at AT&T, Comcast Cable, and Skyline Electric. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Cybersecurity from ITT Technical Institute-Concord.
