Gayann Farmer

GayAnn Farmer is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the GGL Construction Processing Manager VP at CapStar Bank since December 2022 and as the SBA Construction Manager VP at T Bank N.A. since August 2021. Previously, GayAnn worked as the SBA Construction Administrator at Seacoast Commerce Bank from March 2013 to August 2021 and held the position of SBA Construction Manager at Temecula Valley Bank from February 2003 to October 2009. Throughout the career, GayAnn has effectively managed the setup of the construction aspect of SBA guaranteed loans, overseen fund control during construction, and handled fund control for commercial loans.
