Alana Scheffler

Alana Scheffler has extensive experience in technical program management and product ownership, currently serving in multiple roles such as Technical Program Manager, IT Product Owner, Information Technology Business Analyst, and Technical Writer at T-CETRA since September 2020. Prior to this, Alana worked at Time Warner Cable from March 2009 to September 2020, where roles included Supervisor of Voice Operations, Supervisor of the Technical Operations Center, and Supervisor of Tier III Technical Support. Alana's educational background includes studies at Muskingum University, Ohio University, and Zanesville High School.
