Amar Zedan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amar started their career in 2001 as a Customer Service/Operations Manager at Page Plus Cellular, where they managed daily call center operations and was involved in systems and applications integrations. In 2003, they joined Start Wireless Group as a General Manager, overseeing operational objectives and policies in multiple functions. Their responsibilities included evaluating processes and suggesting changes to senior management.
In 2015, Amar transitioned to TracFone Wireless as a Business Consultant, providing expertise and support in various business areas. Amar joined T-Cetra in 2016 as the VP of Product Development, where they currently serve. Due to the lack of end dates provided for their roles at T-Cetra and TracFone Wireless, it is unclear when they left these positions.
Amar Zedan began their education journey in 1992 at Al-Ahliyya Amman University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Amar successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 1996. Later, in 2009, Amar enrolled in Villanova University to obtain a Master Certificate in Project Management, which they completed in 2010.
