Dean Robson's work experience begins in 1996 as an Apprentice Electrician/Project Engineer at Lorne Stewart PLC. Following this, they worked as a Project Engineer at HADEN YOUNG ENGINEERING SERVICES LIMITED from 2005 to 2007. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Project Coordination Manager at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group. Dean then joined Gratte Brothers Ltd as a Project Manager/Pre-Construction Manager from 2010 to 2016, where they worked on major projects including Cat A & B fit outs, D&B contracts, Data Centers, and critical infrastructure projects. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Senior Project Manager at NG Bailey. Robson later worked at Skanska, where they held the roles of Senior Project Manager from 2017 to 2018 and Operations Manager from 2018 to 2019. At Skanska, they worked on the redevelopment of the Grade II* listed building, New Bracken House, overseeing MEP works and the CAT A/B design for end user Financial Times. Since 2019, they have been working at Gratte Brothers Ltd as a Senior M&E Project Manager on Project Virgo in Slough, where they managed MEP and BWIC services within an existing Data Centre to create two new 2MW halls. In 2023, they joined TClarke as a Project Director.

Dean Robson's education history includes the following:

From 2017 to 2022, Dean Robson attended the Construction Industry Training Board, where they pursued a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with a focus on Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

Between 2014 and 2016, Dean Robson enrolled in the Institute of Engineering Technology and earned an Associate's degree. During this time, they became a Member of the Institute of Engineering Technology (MIET).

From 2001 to 2004, Dean Robson studied Building Services Engineering at Northumbria University, specializing in Building Construction Technology.

Between 1995 and 2001, Dean Robson attended Hartlepool College Further Education, where they obtained a Btech Higher National Certificate in Electrical & Electronic Engineering. This certificate is equivalent to High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.

From 1990 to 1995, Dean Robson attended Northfield School and successfully completed 11 GCSEs.

In addition to their formal education, Dean Robson also obtained the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations BS7671 certification from City & Guilds in July 2019.
