Simon Barkley

Simon Barkley is an experienced professional in project and quality assurance management, currently serving as a Project & Quality Assurance Manager at CJB Commissioning Ltd since March 2020, while also holding the position of Commissioning Manager at TClarke since June 2018. With a robust background in commissioning management at Costain Skanska JV and extensive engineering experience at Thales and LUL/TFL, Simon has developed expertise in mechanical project engineering within the London Underground system since 2003.
