His expertise includes corporate finance, securities law, intellectual property, and business transactions. Prior to working with the company, John was the managing partner of the Hong Kong office of New York law firm Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, was a partner with Chinese law firm King & Wood, and lived and worked in China and Hong Kong for over 12 years. John received his bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and his law degree from the University of Southern California.
