Kelley Cornish

Kelley F. Cornish serves as the President and CEO of the T.D. Jakes Foundation since May 2023, following a significant tenure at Wells Fargo from December 2019 to April 2023 as EVP, Chief Administrative Officer for Diverse Segments Representation & Inclusion. In previous roles, Kelley was instrumental in leading diversity and inclusion initiatives at institutions such as TD and AmeriHealth Caritas. Kelley also held leadership positions at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Avery & Associates, and First Union National Bank, with a strong focus on workforce diversity, talent management, and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina Aiken, complemented by training at Harvard Kennedy School.
