Daniel Johnson

Daniel Johnson, PHR, MBA, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee experience and talent development. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Employee Experience at T.D. Williamson since May 2015, Daniel has also held the position of Sr. Talent Development Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Daniel worked at the Bank of Oklahoma from May 2008 to May 2015, where roles included Sr. Talent Development Consultant and VP of HR Consulting. Daniel's career began as HR Manager/Generalist at Cameron Glass from January 2005 to May 2008. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from Northeastern State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
