Hardi Tirtakusuma is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business systems and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Business Systems for T.D. Williamson, Hardi oversees a global applications portfolio, ensuring alignment between technology investments and customer service excellence. With a strong background in ERP implementations, Hardi has successfully led projects across multiple countries, significantly reducing costs through effective contract negotiations. Previous roles include leadership positions in Microsoft Partner companies, where project portfolios were managed with a focus on financial health and timely delivery.
