Louise Clifton

Louise Clifton is an accomplished HR and change management professional with extensive experience in various strategic roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Interim Transformation Change Management Lead at T.D. Williamson, Louise focuses on leading change management and project delivery for an organizational transformation program. As the Founder and Director of Hillside HR Ltd since 2017, Louise assists companies in navigating significant changes. Previous positions include Interim Strategic Business Partner and HR Transformation Lead at Solvay, HR Consultant at Acteon Group Ltd., and Interim HR Director at City & County Healthcare Group. With a strong background in HR, Louise has held leadership roles at Greene King, Marshall, JDR Cable Systems, PPG Industries, and Penguin Random House. Education includes a BSc in Sociology with Industrial Relations from the University of Bath.
