Susan Lindberg

Susan Lindberg is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at T.D. Williamson, a private pipeline technology company, Susan leads legal, compliance, and corporate governance initiatives. Previous roles include Shareholder at GableGotwals, where strategic advisory services in energy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation were provided, and Executive Vice President & General Counsel at SemGroup Corporation, a publicly traded midstream energy company. In addition, Susan has held legal and regulatory positions at Eni US Operating Co., Duke Energy Corporation, and Enron Corp., demonstrating a strong background in managing legal strategy for natural gas pipelines and corporate governance. Susan holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from The University of Tulsa, a Doctor of Law from The University of Texas School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin.
