Mark Schmidt

Mark Schmidt is an experienced operations and supply chain professional with a strong background in management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations Integration at T.H.E.M. since January 2022, Mark previously held the position of Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations at Proven Partners Manufacturing from December 2011 to December 2020. Prior roles include VP of Operations at Ryt-way Industries, LLC and Power Packaging/Division of Exel. Mark's expertise encompasses strategy, alliance management, large projects, pricing, contract responsibilities, and operations management, with a proven track record in plant operations and project implementation. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business with a Business Minor from Illinois State University, completed in 1981.
