Raja Poladi is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. As a Technology Mentor at T-Hub since February 2023, Raja has been guiding emerging technologies. Raja co-founded Dhiva.ai in April 2017 and serves as its Chief Technology Officer, focusing on creating advanced Analytical Business Intelligence solutions. Previously, Raja held the position of India Delivery Center Head & VP - Technology at Egen and worked as a Technology Strategy Advisor at CARE. With a strong background as Head of Solution Engineering at Innominds and Chief Delivery Officer at InRhythm Solutions, Raja has a proven record in growing technology capabilities and delivering complex projects. Earlier experience includes key roles at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Pramati, and ADP Wilco. Academic credentials include a PGDM in Finance & Economics from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B. Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Warangal.
