Senior Preclinical Scientist at T-knife

Natallia Salei has a diverse work experience in the scientific research field. Starting in 2010, they completed an internship at John Paul II Hospital. In 2011, they worked as a Student Research Assistant at Jagiellonian University. From 2013 to 2016, Natallia held positions as a Scientific Researcher and Postdoctoral Researcher at Universität zu Lübeck, where they studied neutrophil-mediated phagocytosis and innate immune cell metabolism. In 2015, they completed a Research Internship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. From 2017 to 2020, Natallia worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, focusing on kidney-resident immune cells. In 2020, they joined Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry as a Postdoctoral Scientist, leading a project on tumor cell recognition and therapeutic targets in leukemic cells. Currently, Natallia is working at T-knife Therapeutics as a Preclinical Scientist, with a recent promotion to the role of Senior Preclinical Scientist.

Natallia Salei holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Microbiology and Immunology from Universität zu Lübeck, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biotechnology from Jagiellonian University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Earlier in their education, Natallia Salei earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Jagiellonian University, completing their studies from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have received several certifications, including a Leadership and Management Skills Course for Junior Leaders from hfp consulting in December 2022, a Project Management Principles and Practices Specialization from Coursera in May 2021, a Drug Development Product Management Specialization from Coursera in May 2021, Good Manufacturing Practice certification from Thomas Beer und Tobias Halfpap GbR in April 2019, and a Training course in animal welfare and laboratory animal science (FELASA B) from the University of Lübeck in September 2013.
