Prior to this, Nick has held various managerial positions at T M Lewin since 1990, including the successful project management of new store openings and the implementation of effective strategies to reduce stock loss significantly. Nick has collaborated with corporate departments on significant uniform orders and played a key role in training and developing staff. Involvement in senior management teams and various company projects has showcased Nick's strong leadership and operational management skills.
