Lisa Rathburn

Lisa Rathburn is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and operations. Currently serving as Vice President Operations at T. Marzetti Company, Lisa is responsible for overseeing multiple manufacturing locations in the US. With a strong focus on operational excellence, Lisa has also held leadership roles at Abbott and Eli Lilly and Company, where Lisa implemented various programs and strategies to drive efficiency and savings. Additionally, Lisa serves as a member of the ProFood World Editorial Advisory Board and Executive Council at PMMI OpX Leadership Network. Lisa holds an MBA from Indiana University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
