Aleksandra Zawadzka

Aleksandra Zawadzka is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as an IT Solution Design Expert at T-Mobile Polska since June 2011, Aleksandra is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of convergent Billing and Rating systems, along with Account Receivables and Debt Collection modules. Prior to this role, Aleksandra worked as an IT Expert at Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa, where involvement in a significant transformation project included the definition of business and IT transformation strategies. Aleksandra's earlier experience includes designing Customer Care Systems at PTC SP. Z.O and assessing Y2K impacts for banking systems at Positive. Educational background includes studies in Applied Computer Science at Ryerson University and additional coursework at Centennial College and Concordia University.
