MacIej Zawada

Maciej Zawada currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at T-Mobile Polska Business Solutions since October 2024. With extensive experience at T-Mobile Polska since June 1996, Zawada has held various leadership roles including Product Factory and Digital Processes Tribe Lead, B2B CRM and Digital Processes Tribe Lead, and Director positions in multiple departments related to IT, innovation, and transformation. Additionally, Zawada was Chairman and a member of the Supervisory Board at NetWorkS! from April 2017 to June 2020, focusing on network management strategies for T-Mobile and Orange. Early career experience includes working as a UNIX System Administrator at Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. Zawada holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology and completed an executive program at ESMT Berlin in 2010.
