Wojciech Beska

Wojciech Beska is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the IT Strategy & Architecture CoE Lead at T-Mobile Polska since March 2020, where responsibilities include refreshing IT architecture governance and defining IT domain strategies. Previously, Wojciech held the position of Digital Experience Tribe Technical Lead, introducing technology leadership in an agile environment, overseeing customer experience transformations, and managing financials and people development. With a rich history at Orange Polska from 2013 to 2020, Wojciech directed IT architecture and development roadmaps, spearheaded digital transformations, and advised senior management on IT projects, achieving significant cost savings. Earlier experience at Accenture involved managing large teams and implementing international IT solutions, complemented by a foundation in programming at Centrum Komputerowe "ZETO" SA. Wojciech holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Software Engineering and Telecommunications from the Technical University of Lodz, along with a postgraduate diploma in Business Development from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
